Items on clearance sale are not returnable or refundable unless they have quality defects.
If the product contains intentional de-stressing or wear and tear as part of the design, it would not be counted as defects.
To initiate return or exchange of defected product, send us a mail at support@viinkwear.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.
We reserve the right to not accept a return; if the product(s) are returned after use and if the product(s) are damaged.
The number of freebies will vary based on the order value, regardless of any website glitches.
All orders once confirmed are final. Cancellation and refund is subject to our return and exchange policy.
In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit as a one time use coupon equivalent to the product value you have purchased.
